Designed for a Canfield, OH real estate agent, this digital billboard leverages Howard Hanna’s partnership with Ohio State University football to tap into the state’s deep OSU pride. The agent provided required copy but no creative direction, allowing me full freedom in concept and execution. To merge the themes of football and homeownership, I incorporated a custom background image generated through AI, since no stock imagery captured the vision. A darker backdrop with bold, high-contrast text was chosen for maximum legibility in a digital format. The biggest challenge was organizing a large amount of text while maintaining clear hierarchy and visual balance, resulting in a dynamic, eye-catching design that feels both energetic and approachable.
