Currently under construction, Vue 21 is a new luxury development opening in Akron, Ohio.
"View 21 at the Ridge" is Phase I of the new community, and includes 32 three-story townhomes developed by the Birch Michaels Group. The name "Vue" is a play on the word "view," and "21" refers to its proximity to Route 21.
I was responsible for creating the logo, branding and various marketing materials. The slightly raised "21" in the logo was done deliberately to reflect their tagline "Live Life Elevated." The builder recommended using dark brown, deep red, and a dark green. Based on this recommendation, I selected the exact colors and fonts shown in the branding sheet.
