SOCIAL GRAPHICS - "SKIP THE CLICK" CAMPAIGN
A three-part social media campaign for the Howard Hanna Marysville office focused on educating buyers and sellers about online real estate lead platforms and encouraging consumers to connect directly with trusted local experts.
While I was initially given broad campaign direction around the “shop local” concept, I was responsible for developing the full creative strategy, campaign messaging, copywriting, tagline development, and visual direction.
The campaign included one general awareness graphic, one targeted to sellers, and one targeted to buyers.
To keep the campaign cohesive, I maintained consistent messaging and branding throughout while tailoring headlines and supporting copy to each audience.
The campaign paired emotionally-driven messaging with educational insights and a strong CTA: “Skip the Click and call Howard Hanna to connect with a local expert."
The first posted graphic generated immediate engagement, with multiple clients sharing with the office manager that they had no idea “Contact Agent” buttons often connect users with agents who paid for the lead rather than the best local expert for their needs.
